All partners must sign their agreement before receiving Dashboard access. Choose your programme type and entity type below to find and sign the correct agreement. Dashboard access is granted within 3 business days of countersignature.

1. How It Works

Three steps to get started with the Bennovate Partner Programme:

Step 1: Choose Your Programme Type

Select the programme that matches how you plan to work with us — Affiliate, Sales Partner, Sales & Implementation Partner, or Implementation Partner.

Step 2: Select Your Entity Type

Choose B2B if you operate through a registered company, or B2C if you are a sole trader, freelancer, or private individual. Different thresholds and obligations apply.

Step 3: Sign Your Agreement

Sign online via our secure signing portal, or download the PDF and return a signed copy by email. Dashboard access is granted within 3 business days of countersignature.

Affiliate Partner

For consultants, bloggers, agencies, freelancers, and individuals. Promote Avantwerk through referral links and earn recurring commissions on subscriptions. No active selling required — share your unique link and earn while you sleep.

Subscription Commission: 20%–30% MRR (lifetime)
Network: 5% Tier 2/3 sub-affiliate (from Standard tier)

Sales Partner

For sales consultants, SDRs, BDMs, and sales agencies. Actively sell Avantwerk through demos, discovery calls, and proposals. Earn on both recurring subscriptions and Implementation Packages — with no delivery work required.

Subscription Commission: 20%–30% MRR (lifetime)
Package Commission: 15%–20% (one-time)
Network: 5% Tier 2/3 (from Standard tier)

Sales & Implementation Partner

For agencies, consultancies, and experienced implementers. Sell Avantwerk AND deliver implementation packages for clients. Maximum earning potential — combine subscription commissions, package fees, and KPI-based implementation bonuses.

Subscription Commission: 20%–30% MRR (lifetime)
Package Commission: 15%–20%
Implementation Fee: Up to 30% (KPI-based)

Implementation Partner

For technical consultants, agencies, and system integrators. Certified to deliver Avantwerk implementations for clients referred by Bennovate or Sales Partners. No selling required — focus on delivery excellence and earn KPI-based bonuses.

Implementation Fee: Up to 30% of implementation value (KPI-based)
Base Rate: 20% guaranteed

3. B2B vs B2C

Not sure which applies to you? Here is a quick guide:

B2B — Company

You operate through a registered company (Ltd, LLP, PLC, or equivalent). Higher payment threshold ($500 net before first transfer). Self-billing VAT arrangement applies. Agreement signed by a director or authorised signatory. Higher penalty caps in the event of a breach.

B2C — Individual

You operate as a sole trader, freelancer, or private individual. Lower payment threshold ($50 gross before first transfer). Tax obligations apply per your country of residence. Agreement signed by you personally. Lower penalty caps in the event of a breach.

4. What Happens After Signing

A straightforward four-step process from signature to Dashboard access:
