Effective Date: 1 February 2026At Bennovate, we are committed to building a partner network founded on integrity, professionalism, and mutual respect. This Code of Conduct sets out the standards of behaviour required of all partners participating in the Bennovate Partner Programme. Partners participate by referring and selling the Avantwerk platform — our AI-powered business automation solution for small and medium-sized businesses. This Code applies to all partner types: Affiliate Partner, Sales Partner, Sales & Implementation Partner, and Implementation Partner. Adherence to this Code is a condition of participation in the programme.

Key Compliance Requirements: Bennovate is committed to compliance with consumer protection regulations and the Direct Selling Association Code of Ethics. Partners must not guarantee any specific income levels or financial results. Always disclose that earnings depend on individual effort and that results vary. Only reference the official Income Disclosure Statement when discussing earnings. Do not use personal income as a recruitment tool without appropriate context and disclaimers. Emphasise the value of the product over recruitment opportunities.
When recruiting new partners, focus on the genuine business opportunity and the value of Avantwerk products — not on promises of quick earnings. All recruitment materials must be approved by Bennovate before use.
Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times. Respond promptly to customer and partner enquiries. Use appropriate language in all business correspondence.
Accurately represent your role as an independent Bennovate partner. Do not hold yourself out as an employee or official representative without authorisation. Only use approved branding and marketing materials.
Maintain professionalism when representing Bennovate online. Clearly identify yourself as an independent partner. Comply with platform terms of service and applicable advertising regulations.
Resolve disputes professionally and constructively. Escalate unresolved matters through appropriate channels. Do not engage in public disputes that could damage the Bennovate brand.
Partners handle personal data and are required to comply with UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, and applicable data protection legislation:
Collect personal data only with a proper lawful basis and for legitimate business purposes.
