How do I get clients?

Clients are allocated to you from our sales team and Sales Partners. When they close implementation package deals, they need certified partners to deliver. You're matched based on availability, expertise, and past performance.

What if I want to work part-time?

That's fine. You control your availability. Accept 1-2 implementations per month if that's your capacity, or scale up to 10+ with a team. We match clients to your stated availability.

How long does an implementation take?

Typically 2-4 weeks depending on package complexity. Ignite (basic) takes ~2 weeks, Apex (comprehensive) takes ~4 weeks. Each package has defined deliverables and timelines. All deliverables are ready-built templates — you configure and deploy them for the client. Any custom requests beyond the standard package scope may incur additional charges.

What if I also want to sell?

Consider the S&I Partner programme instead. It gives you access to MRR commissions, package sales commissions, AND delivery commissions. More revenue streams but requires sales skills.

Do I need prior platform experience?

No. We provide full certification training. However, experience with CRM systems, marketing automation, or similar platforms will accelerate your learning and first client assignment.
